Registration - Hotel Accommodation
Registration is required for all congress participants. It is recommended to make the On-line registration or by using the Registration and Hotel Booking Form. In order to avoid double charges, please click the send button on the registration form only ONCE.
Early bird fees are available until 1 May, 2012. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as regular registration.

The full, student and CEE registration fees include:
- Access to all congress sessions
- Delegate bag with Final Program and Abstract book
- Attendance at the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception, Closing Reception
- Coffee and Tea (during breaks)
The accompanying person fee includes:
- Attendance at the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception, Closing Reception
- Half-day Sightseeing tour in Budapest
- Bath tour
Daily ticket includes:
- Access to all congress sessions on the chosen day
- Final Program
- Coffee and Tea on the chosen day (during breaks)
Confirmation
Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Congress Secretariat upon receipt of registration and payment. If the confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact Congress Secretariat via email at golob@congressline.hu; riesz@congressline.hu Registration and payments, sent after 20 August, 2012 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Cancellation Policy of Registration
All the cancellations and changes must be sent to the Congress Secretariat (CongressLine Ltd.) in written form. All refunds will be processed after the ICBM2012 Congress. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.
Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:
- 100% refund (minus 50 EUR administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before 15 July, 2012
- No refund in case of cancellation received after 15 July, 2012
ACCOMMODATION
Hotel booking deadline: 30 July, 2012 – after this deadline accommodation cannot be guaranteed. Hotel reservations are on a first come first served basis. Check-in cannot be guaranteed before 14.00. Check-out time is 10.00
Hotel reservation
Reservation will be made only on receipt of 2-night hotel deposit and should be sent in written form using the Registration and Hotel Booking Form or On-line registration. Upon receipt of the reservation and 2-night deposit, each participant will receive a confirmation from the Congress Secretariat (CongressLine Ltd.) by email. Please note that any reservation payment or change of the reservation should be sent directly to the Congress Secretariat (CongressLine Ltd) to golob@congressline.hu or riesz@congressline.hu.
The difference between the 2-night deposit and the actual final cost of the stay and the extras should be paid directly at the hotel reception upon departure.
Participants are kindly asked to indicate their hotel preference in the notice field. If the preferred hotel is not available the next chosen accommodation will be reserved for the participants.
Hotel prices are indicated in Euro per room per night, including breakfast and all taxes.

Youth Hostels
We recommend the following cheaper accommodation in Budapest. All these hostels are relatively far from the congress venue but can be reached within 30-40 minutes by public transportation). Reservation should be made directly through the hostel’s websites.
